Below are the three service options for your employment needs:

We are the right choice when you need assistance in obtaining a new position. Whether you are looking for a temporary opportunity, temp-to-hire or direct hire placement, we have the personnel, experience and expertise to connect you to some of L.A.'s leading companies.

1. TEMPORARY
We place candidates on site from a minimum duration of one day to as long as required. We can have a qualified job opportunity for you as soon as possible if you contact us today.

2. TEMP - to - HIRE
If you're seeking to find a new position to call home, but want to try it out for a few months before you commit, then temp-to-hire is a good option for you. We will present you with a job that fits your background, then once our client is interested in meeting with you, you will interview with them directly. If it is a good mutual fit, you will start working towards the temp-to-hire process, at which time you will roll over onto the company's payroll.

3. DIRECT HIRE
Some jobs will take you onto their payroll on the first day without going through the temp-to-hire process. This is at the discretion of the company and you will be on probation for 3 months. Direct hire is just another option for the employer with their hiring process.
